TAKEALOT ARE ****MERS OF NOTE

I bought a few items on Takealot yesterday. The expected pick up date was the 29/11/2024. Today I get a message that goods will be delivered on the 6th. I cancelled the order. Now I'm told that I can't be refunded, they are going to credit the money on my account. I want my money not excuses. Takealot has become a ****mer of note. Who doesn't need their money for to keep it. Please release money so that I can buy at reputable retailers not ****mers like you.
