Takealot are ****mers, do not trust this company with refunds.

If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. I feel like I've been ****med by Takealot. I returned four items weeks ago, all of which had been opened and tampered with. I sent them back because the packaging wasn't sealed, and I was concerned that items might be missing. Despite this, I was only refunded for one item, and they are not acknowledging that I returned all four. I've been shopping with Takealot for years and never had issues with refunds until now. This is truly unbelievable. If anyone can help me escalate this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.
