Takealot are living up to their name Takealot and give nothing

To say that i am beyond furious with Takealot is an understatement. I ordered a TV in November which they said would be delivered 5 Dec, then the delivery date was changed to 11 Dec and then again to 31 Dec before having my order cancelled due to there being "no stock left" which was a lie as the TV was still being sold but at a much higher cost. On enquiring as to why my order was cancelled when there was clearly still stock available, Takealot could not answer me, so clearly they just wanted more money for that particular TV and the only way to do so is to cancel orders that have already been placed and paid for. They then agreed reluctantly to honour my order which was to be delivered on 5 Jan only to now see it is being delivered 22 Dec. I am not sure what is up with Takealot but this to me is totally unacceptable and shows that they are now trying to ***** their loyal customers of which i am one in order to make extra money. And during this time, i never receive one phone call to discuss options or to apologise.
