Takealot are ***** and *******

This has happened now so many times in the past few months. I look at an item on Takealot and then buy it. Only to find out when I get the item it is not as advertised. Takealot's descriptions is always a lie by having missing information or added information that is false. Then when i return it and ask for a refund, Takealot always credits my account. That makes Takealot ******* because they refuse to give the money back even though the policy on their website says "Credit Card payments will be processed directly into the credit card account used to pay for your original order." Takealot are forcing me to buy only there. I never got this service from Loot, Raru, Makro. Takealot have just become pathetic *********.
