TAKEALOT ARE ***** AND ********!!!!!!

Pathetic customer service!! I ordered a Mellerware 360 Degree Cordless Glass Kettle Grey 1.8l 1800W Omega in February. The kettle eventually gave up at the end of November and I logged a return. Upon logging the return they asked if I would like a replacement for the kettle and I said yes. They picked the kettle up on the 27 November 2022 and to my surprise they credited my takealot account without my knowledge. I questioned them by emailing them why they did not give me a replacement. The easiest excuse was they do not have stock yet on takealot site it show the same kettle is there.

Why LIE TAKEALOT????? I support takealot alot numerous of times I have purchased from them for such pathetic service. I advice no one to ever buy from takealot they are ******** and *****!!!!
