I placed an order with next day delivery.

I received an sms saying that no one was at the recipient's address to take delivery. This was a lie. I was home the whoile day.

My order was eventually delivered four days later and the reason I was given for the delay was "goods missing in transit".

Like Uber Eats, some drivers feel that it's ok to ***** a customer's paid for goods.
