I ordered a prodcut, well 2 of the same product, 1 arrived, they said was a warehouse packing error, this was 7 days later, then i said no send the product, which apparently was at the warehouse for it to be a packing error, so they ****, as clearly the person was thinking i wouldnt pick up that am entire rug was missing from my package whem he sent it, so sent the packages to be delivered without the product

Then they said would reorder, never did, then a week later asked me for all this evidence and photgraphs of the packages to prove it wasnt there, then they finally agreed to reorder the product, but had to wait another 5-7 working days, no matter how much i said this is unacceptable, they still dont care, the person who didnt do his job suffers no consequences but i am inconvienienced for 5 weeks because of them and all theu do is lie and make up stories to try justify their actions

Absolutely useless
