Takealot are ***********
I am so annoyed with takealot. i order helicopters for my kiddies and the colour i ordered was not the colour that was delievered. i asked for an exchange today only to be advised that they no longer have stock, to which i then asked that they cancel my return which they are refusing to do. the cost of this item has also now doubled and they saying they have processed the return therefore the return needs to be done. i refuse to return this item as i did not ask for a return i asked for an exchange, if you unable to exchange i do not want to return.
