Takealot are *****s...

Takealot are *******, placed my order on the 26th of January to be brought the incorrect product now we all are aware of the global chip shortage but takealot are allowed to advitise a product as having GDDR5 memory and send out a GDDR4 which is 2 times less the performance and cost half 9f what I actually paid...... 12 days later I don't have my money back , no store credit, no compensation and excuses as to why this happened..... The vender is magically off the platform and a price hike so that I can spend even more money.....5 different agents and 7 dropped calls and still no resolution, I work in a call center and takealots customer service agents are disgusting in the way they take ownership but can we blame them when the mess up is on the supplier side, at what point does takealot as a business take ownership???
