Shocking customer service . I received half my order 2 weeks ago , there were missing pieces . After 2 weeks of ongoing emails to their customer reps , they just told me they cannot find the missing piece hence I won’t be getting it . I requested a refund for the missing piece and no response from them. They completely useless. They ignore my emails and effectively have ****** my money since I didn’t receive the full product.
