Takealot are con artists and blatant looters!

I ordered 2 items each to the value of R299 but used a voucher to the value of R150 at check out. When the order arrived one of the products delivered was not what I had ordered I proceeded to log a return and they collected same citing that the supplier no longer had the product I ordered in stock. Had I known this from the get go I would have only ordered one item, to the value of R299 used my voucher and pay R60 delivery instead on only refunded half the value of the product I ordered to no fault of my own leaving me out of pocket!

I've been a loyal supporter but this is absolutely disgusting customer service you should be ashamed of how you take advantage of people especially during such trying times where everyone is counting each and every cent!
