Takealot are beyond pathetic, a bunch of sharks

Can't wait for amazon to open up and put them out of business. Placed an order at takeout at 7 in the morning, made sure everything is in stock and at the joburg depot. When I pied it said, delivery 1st Feb. Then nothing, Wednesday morning I check on the app, and someone has changed the delivery date to the second. I phone and email and get told, no no it will be delivered on the 1st. For 24 hours that parcel tot not move. Today (1st), ive phoned 3 times, and every time I am told that it will be delivered today. Just now I get an SMS, it I'll be delivered tomorrow. They are beyond pathetic!
