TAKEALOT ARE *******!!!

Last month I bought a sofirn light at take alot. I went to collect it two days later or so. When I collected it the box was empty. I immediately went back to return it. And given the return ref MRRN-3VQ6P-46DG. Take alot is now refusing to refund me citing the package was shipped. I ended up having to buy another light at a reputable store.
