Takealot are ****** and give zero service when they have your money

Bought a tv box. Waited for delivery entire day at home. Delivery person **** saying I am not home. Delivery was eventually made after much drama and the product did not come with the apps as advertised. I logged a return/swap and had to wait again only to be **** to for 2 consecutive days about a delivery that was never made. The product was never replaced as requested. They then terminated my request. Called the helpline AGAIN. Again agents who are not willing or knowledgeable to assist. Then called to speak to a manager and I was told that someone will call but the agent cannot tell me when or what day. Still waiting for a resolution. What a bunch of ****s and pathetic service given. No refund. No replacement unit.
