Useless support staff, they are arrongant and refuse to help you, you beg customer care to call you they refuse.

Had an order and they canceled it and refused to redo the order due to ****ty excuses, then continued to issue an refund back to my original payment method WITHOUT my consent which made it even worse and more inconvenient. They could've just resent me the codes but are to arrogant and refused, we have two business accounts where we order about 1.5 million worth of goods per month plus my personal account which is a few hundred thousand monthly and they refuse to solve a small issue like this, they don't value me and my business and I promise I will close all my accounts and all my xlients will be advised to do the same.
