Takealot are a bunch of ******

I bought a le crruset kettle in April this year, the paint is coming off,takealot is telling me that they don't have a replacement item,when I told them that they have other colours so they can replace it for me,Akhona told me that they use different suppliers so they can't replace it as this supplier is different,how is that my problem I bought form them and I am expecting them to replace it they can't make their background work my problem they refunded me without my consent,what if I would rather keep my kettle because it was on sale now they don't want o lose money due to them changing suppliers,what does the consumer act say about such businesses?
