Takealot are *******

Cannot get feedback from Takealot’s team. A hacker accessed my account, shortly after purchasing a 10k product, still haven't received my product. Takealot has not called me. I've been trying to get this issue resolved but they all a bunch of useless *******. Will be opening a case with SAPS shortly. How do you allow a customers account to be hacked, I've had this account for over 10 years, and this has never happened before. Only after making this expensive purchase does this happen. How did the "hacker" know about this expensive purchase? Only TAKEALOT’S team will have those answers. Can I just GET A REFUND!
