Takealot are *******

Last week I ordered and paid for a set of Wooden Bread Boards. A cheap plastic set was delivered. Immediately on receiving this I put in a request return for wrong item delivered. They collected it. Then sent me a picture saying this was not the Wooden set I had ordered. I tried in over 10 emails to get this rectified but no one came back to me. They delivered it back to me today saying "Not for takealot". So the only conclusion is one of their staff swapped my wooden boards for cheap plastic boards and there is no complaints department, no escalations, no contact numbers. I must have spent R15000 there this year and now they say I sent back something not from them. They have committed theft and no one owns up
