TAKEALOT appalling service and no one cares!

I have been demanding to speak to a manager for a month now to no avail!! No one knows what the other is, nobody follows through. LOOONG story short, I returned a defective phone I purchased over a month ago and this issue has still not been sorted out because I don't get to speak to a manager who would be in a position to make a final decision. R13 000. spent with takealot and this is how they treat you!!! I have demanded over and over for a manager to call me and I am still waiting!!! Takealot, your service is absolutely and completely appalling! And this is now much you care!!!! Christine
