Takealot appalling service and customer support..

Ordered a smart tv online, for delivery to my home.. payment was approved and was told to expect delivery next day as promised by the takealot website. I 6 days later Nothing delivered. After numerous phone calls emails and WhatsApp s I was assured delivery today13 May. So far nothing it’s 1600.. further telephone calls I’m told my shipment is lost… how do you loose a 55inch TV set??? If I’m lucky, delivery will be Wednesday 15 May 8 days after order placed and accepted by Takealot. Poor service staff that blatantly lie to customers, shoddy service, I can’t be rude and irritated enough about Takealot.. I’ll never ever use this company again..
