Takealot another SA company that doesn't care

This complaint is address to the CXO named below.

It was the 23rd October, i paid and checkout my order and received an invoice and delivery date I paid for the order and got a delivery date and you canceled the order? Plus today i get 2 remind to pay for the same item because i wanted one to give as a gift. I am told sorry we don't have stock.

my advise to you is you a proper ERP system with order management so you don't provide such terrible service and make such a useless C suite for Takealot.
