Takealot angry and disgussed customer with service so bad that no words can describe the frustration.

Wow. Where do I begin to express my anger. I ordered a paintball gun from takealot. After my order have been placed they did not inform me that they were out of stock. So they credited me and I order the same paintball gun in a different colour AND pay R150 MORE on my order. I waited 2 weeks for my order. When it finally arrived at 19h00 in the evening from a third party courier the content in the box was not nearly what I ordered!! That same night I logged a return on the package. 7 days from logging the return they still have not fetched the package or refunded me. I had to order the paintball gun from another company in Cape Town. I would not recommend anyone to shop at takealot. I can not put in in worda how bad the service is I am still waiting to recieve.
