Takealot and Visa voucher not valid

I have a redeemable voucher, I have read all the T&C's and I comply fully but upon checkout, it says voucher does not apply. On looking for a contact number I resorted to the FB page only to find others complaining of the same thing. I am very disappointed in takealot.com and I always shop here. This is totally false marketing and is unacceptable.
