Takealot and their vendor Arora are *********. False advertising

In general I buy alot from Takealot but they have not control over their vendors. I bought generic ink that was advertised with a flexible usb led light. Ink arrived and works fine in the printer but light was not in the box. I called but the assistant was inexperienced. The ink had no guarantee but that wasn't the problem. It was the missing item. Because this is a non returnable item, I cannot log a query about the missing item. The vendor Arora/Mr A Tech needs to be held accountable and I need them to deliver on the missing item.
