Takealot and their lies!!!!!

I made an order on the 11th of Feb with a chosen delivery date of the 13th of Feb. Everything went well with my expected delivery being today, the 13th, between 8am and 5pm(this is another flaw with Takealot where you can never know when exactly your order will arrive). I made arrangements to work from home with the expectation that my delivery will arrive. 11h20 an sms comes in telling me that I was not available to receive my order. What a joke and a blatant lie! No one called me nor was there an email sent to say that the delivery person was downstairs. I live at an apartment building. I mean how else was i suppose to know that the delivery person has arrived without a phone call or that lousy sms that they like to send??? I then try to call their customer support, only to have my phone call dropped each time after minutes of waiting. I contact support via their app and explain what had occurred. Just after that I get an sms telling me that my delivery has been rescheduled to tomorrow! I immediately try calling again and finally get through to Aiden. I explain my issue and even tell Aiden that I need this delivery today as I am flying out tomorrow and will not be available to take delivery tomorrow. Mind you, this order was a gift of which I wanted to produce to someone on Saturday. Aiden then says that he will check and get back to me with feedback. I am still waiting for feedback from a phone call made at midday. I then get an email from a Talita telling me to allow them the opportunity to follow up with their courier team. At 15h15, I respond and ask Talita how long this would take. I also advise them that if they cannot manage this delivery then they must refund me my money! I do not want a wallet credit or a voucher or any of that sort, I want MY money back into my account. I am still waiting!! This is absolutely ridiculous! What's worse is the lie that was made that "I was not available to take delivery". How dare you??! It's already 17h00 and no one has bothered to get back to me. This delivery serves no purpose to me now. I want MY MONEY back!!
