Takealot and their empty promises

I bought a printer from Takealot, 6 months later the printer had some issues so I sent it back requesting a replacement or repair, fair enough I waited the 21days and no printer after a month the printer comes back, now takealot requests that everything needs to be in the box on return so I packed the cords, disk and manuals in the original printer box only for it to come back without the cords, disk and manuals and in a broken takealot box that wasn't even sealed properly, I open the box to find the printer was packed upside down, now mind you this is a liquid ink printer and had ink in the printer. Anyway I contacted takealot to voice this issue and the agent advises me to schedule another return so the supplier can sort it out, so I do. It's been over a month again and no printer, I emailed takealot again requesting a refund because according to their "policy" 21days or a refund. No refund, no printer just empty promises and they don't stick to their own policies. Safe to say I won't be supporting them anymore.
