Takealot and the Captive Audience we have become

Sjo, but has Takealot ever bacome greedy now. Now that you have hooked everyone and you have a captive audience ? So I ordered a product early in the morning for same day collection, which cost R 50 extra. The product was in stock in all warehouses. Yet, it never came and was only available for collection the next late afternoon, unboxed. So eventually I had to send an email requesting that this be reversed, which at least was done. So today I want to use that credit, not only can you not collect anything not even on normal times for free its R35 minimum. And now the annoying popups start, offering that I rather take out a Subscription at R 99 per month so that my collections will be Free again ? Hmmmm..this does not make sense to me. Pay for something to be free ?? Makes good business sense to them, but then I might as well just go to the store which sells it a few kilometers extra for this once off purchase
