TAKEALOT and poor quality Huawei phones has cost me thousands! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I purchased a "Huawei P20 Lite" last month 22 days ago. Phone is completely warped while kept in my front pants pocket. Takealot refuses to refund me. Now im sitting with thousands of Rands wasted which I cannot afford to lose. My old phone which i've carried in my pockets for 3 years never warped or bent. I am totally disgusted by the manner in which Takelot has handled this situation. The phone has 2 year warranty which apparently is null and void now that I reported the problem to them.

Takealot should take responsibility for the defective phone they sold me. As a consumer I will do the leg work and approach the manufacturer.
