Takealot and poor Customer Service

Takealot has gone down a great deal. They no longer publish a contact telephone number so you cannot make an instant enquiry.

Further they no longer offer a free collection service at a depot. You either spend R500 ( increased from R450) or you pay a minimum of R65 to collect any order less than R500 in value.

This is a real deterioration of customer service. I shall now think again about supporting them,
