Takealot and Payfast security compromised, be aware they take your money but do not deliver

Unsatisfactory treatment, in fact no response at all on a transaction made and paid for through Payfast. The money never reached Takealot, it went off my account and now Takealot will not deliver my items and re not even responding to my complaint the same issue with Payfast. I believe both these apps have been hacked and no once transactions at any of these merchants are safe anymore.
