Takealot and Mr D - BAD SERVICE!

I have been a client with Take 2 / Takealot since 2003. Originally the service and delivery times were unbelievable. Now I paid a R100 for a guaranteed Saturday delivery and here we are approaching evening, so I ask what's the point in paying for delivery when we are all surrounded by Musica stores????

This service is now unacceptable!
