Takealot and kstar the worst customer experience in sa

I only use takelot cos its backed by their supposed service and a big company. Their add **** products to thwir catalogue only to make sales no verifications. K have retuened many. Anyway i ordered a ups which within a few months went from lasting 2 hrs to 30 mins. When i returned it they send it back to the supplier for comments. Marking their own homework..yeah. The customer service when i raised this was rude and very scripted. I then spent time explaining ny diacomfort as this is costing me business when its load shedding. I copied an exec francois retief who never responded. Shows how this company treats customer queries. Also takelot doesnt allow you to wrote about them when rating and reviews it. I have already started to make less use of them. Really hope amazon comes in and destroys them . They have turned a profit for the first time and shows when this happens how they treat customers.

And the product is a k star unit. Trust me dont get it. When i got it there werent reviews in the item and now people are unhappy.

Also i wrote up to francois and his team requesting a credit as it was still under warranty and was going to buy another unit from them. The lady from their customer service responds on the day i get the unit to say nothing they can do as the unit has been returned yet i sent the mail a few days earlier

That alone tells you something.
