Takealot and it’s unprofessional warehouse

My order number is MRRN-CKGO7-JREK I returned my TV has it is broken and they collected on the 29th January 2022. I then received an sms telling me they will be in contact with me within 2-3 days and that never happened. I called twice and Rabia G promised me she will resolve my query as the warehouse did not do their job to update on my collection progress. She promised me I would have my TV delivered by today being the 18/02/2022. Till this day I’ve been waiting for feedback from takealot and my TV is still not delivered.
