TakeAlot and its service 😡

Hello, I never thought id find myself complaining about Takealot or any other company on Hello Peter, I am a regular buyer on Takealot, but this time, my patience has been tested. I bought a watch and ear pods End Jan for Feb delivery. Got the product and watch did not have charger so had to send back. I asked for the charger or to credit my account, these people are taking forever to do so. Its been 3 / 4 weeks now with emails going back and forth anf my goods are not recieved!!!! I am not happy at all. There is no number to call or make follow ups. I am stuck!!
