Takealot and Hisense runaround!

I'm beyond frustrated with Takealot AND Hisense. Hisense couldn't repair a machine that's still under warranty. They then collected the machine and says the Takealot account was credited. Between the two the credit has gone MISSING! Over R10 000 gone! No machine, and no money. Nobody takes the time to actually try and find the credit, they just pass the buck between the two, it would seem it's too much effort to assist a client! I would never recommend a person to buy expensive appliances through Takealot. When the machine breaks under warranty it becomes a nightmare to get your money back OR just another replacement appliance!!!
