Takealot and give little?

<p>After waiting over a week for my order I received the wrong product. Following a lengthy reporting process (another week) the return product was collected and I was promised a replacement product and told that I would by notified when it was ready for delivery. 4 days later going into the long weekend I have heard nothing more from Takealot. Very disappointing service. I shall definitely reconsider buying from them in future.</p>
