Takealot and ***** suppliers!!!!!

On 31/01/23 I ordered a Uni*** neck heating belt (product name on website USB heating and massaging unit) on 01/02/23 a magnetic neck belt was delivered clearly not what I ordered. I logged a return it was collected and replacement sent. Guess what they delivered again the same wrong product!! I have researched the supplier myself and provided info to Takealot that the supplier is a *****, they must investigate. So for 10 DAYS I have been running after Takealot to get updates and with no joy. I requested them to source another supplier with the same product that I want and they said that can do that but till today NOTHING!!! Takealot does not take any responsibility for this ***** supplier NOR going the extra mile for a very loyal customer!!!
