Takealot and Fast&Furious - unacceptable delays with delivery and story between both companies aren't even the same when asked for reasons why.

Unacceptable delays I was supposed to receive my order on Friday 4th October. The courier people messed up the delivery. They then arranged to have it delivered to my home address Friday evening. That didn't happen. They didn't delivery saturday or even Monday. Its Tuesday now and between Takealot and Fast&Furious (courier company) no one can give me the correct information as to when I can expect delivery. Am extremely ****ed off with the service from both these companies.
