Takealot and fast and furious lost my parcel can’t trace it after they collected it from me now they don’t want to refund me they ignore my emails

I ordered many things worth 27600 and amongst the orders was a treadmill reebok worth R9400 including delivery on arrival I could build the machine as its havy when my husband arrived he helped me build it and the screen was not operating not even lighting so basically the entire machine was not working I lodged a return on the 7th of June and the product was scheduled to be collected on the 10th so I was not given an opportunity to choose a date I contacted takealot to reschedule since I won’t be there on that day and date,my products arrived on the 31st May,takealot sent an email confirming that they spoke with the courier company to reschedule the collection date then on the 11th June at around 20:00pm I got an email saying my return have been cancelled due to multiple attempts of collecting the machine,mind you the courier company was made aware to reschedule the 10th of June to another date apparently they came only on the 10th because all other days I was home and no one came in to collect the machine,I called takealot on the 11th and they refused to log another return since the return button was disabled immediately after cancellation of my return eventually they logged in another return for me scheduled for collection on the 12th,fast and furious came to collect the item on the 12th of June he was made aware that the item is fragile and that it is no longer as secured as it was when it was delivered as the person who delivered the package was the one who fetched the package again,no update was given since thenI called and emailed takealot they are giving me a runaround I call everyday with no help they are currently ignoring my emails no longer responding,they can’t even give me the truth when I call they say my parcel is in transit in 4hours when I get back to them they say its not yet delivered sometimes they are saying the delay is on the courier company they will get to me but they don’t get back to me,the item is worth R9400 I need my money I no longer want the right product takealot and fast and furious are taking me for a ride please help
