Takealot **** and false adverti*****t

I had purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad with order number : 138 488 858 which comes with a windows 10 as the takealot adverti*****t but I received a laptop with loose *****s n window 8 instead of windows 10.

I had logged in for a return for exchange of which they came to collect the item Monday 13th October 2023. On the 14 I received an email from them informing me that the request for exchange is declined, I then on the same day requested that I be refunded for the item as I no longer want it and they don't want to exchange it and it is within my rights as a customer because now the item is no longer serving it's purpose.

Since from then I have been calling the takealot team even sending them emails to check how far is the process of my refund but I am not getting any joy is they are taking me from pillar to post. All that I get from every consultant I talk to on the phone is that they are still escalating the matter but no feed back yet.

I am very disappointed and frustrated ☹️ at takealot. I want my money back because they have thier laptop with them and my money.

NB: their adverti*****t on the app was false because I did not get what I purchased and I now demand my money back because this is a real **** and a daylight ******* from Takealot.
