takealot and Electrolux

in December , I purchased a brand , new washing machine from takealot . the washing machine broke down ; the drum does no longer turn , drain . I contacted takealot and they told me to contact Electrolux . Electrolux technicians came out twice and stated that there is no longer parts available .I then phoned takealot again . I asked take-alot to replace the machine and was told that there is only a 6 month warranty on the appliance . I was also asked " where is the box >" I don't have the box anymore . What must I do with a broken washing machine ? I requested to speak to one of the managers and was informed that nobody was available . basil and Michelle
