Takealot and Dyson are terrible

Do not buy anything electronic from takealot , if it's faulty they do not help ! They lost my invoice and say I did not purchase the dyson hairdryer, which cost R6000 and refuse to help me , even though I sent them proof . Dyson has also been no help , I have even sent them serial numbers etc
