Takealot and DPD laser courier
Can't give one star i hate giving a star Takealot is not refunding my R4000 and the best part is i never recieved my parcel They keep telling me it has to go back to warehouse first but it never does,it never even arrived by my adres Its been 3weeks now and i am not getting my money back DPD laser was the third party they ignore me now because they could not find the machine. The worst worst experience i had and this is step one i will continue with this and put it out everywhere on the internet I want my refund and then i will stop!

Chad just phoned me,they don't want to refund me...remember now i didn't receive the parcel (Washing machine) managment are not resolving the matter i spoke with 8 different people today tomorrow is round 2

Please public beware i paid for something i didn't get and takealot won't refund me and they give me excuses not to pay me back

Things have changed in lockdown beware public if you get your package you are super super lucky if you don't,NO refund
Tomorrow is round 2 i will update my experience i spoke to Luga Mqotsi,Chad Daniels,Gershwin Anthony,Dawn Peterson,Carmen Jansen etc. The list goes on
