Takealot and DPD Laser - a disastrous combination

Takelot is a good business, but the fact that they are in business with DPD Laser is going to give them a bad name. DPD Laser is the company that Takelot uses to return goods that was returned by customers but then declined by Takelot to qualify as a legitimate return. To say that this company (DPD Laser) is *********** is to insult *********** businesses. They should rather close their company. I call them the drive-by couriers , because they do not deliver they just drive by your house. Usually you're not aware of this because you don't get a tracking number and nobody communicates with you about the wareabouts of your package. My package was sent from Takealot to me using these imbeciles as the courier on the 15th of May. According to DPD Laser they tried to deliver the package on Friday 24 May but they were unsuccessfull. They had the incorrect address - after it was given to them twice! Then the package was returned back to Takelaot. Then nobody knew where the package was for a whole week. I have spoken to more consultants at Takelot that I would care to mention. Everybody said the same thing - We are sorry and we will call you back still today. They were not sorry and they never called me back! Now it is 5 June and according to Takelot our Village idiots DPD Laser tried to deliver again to my home today. Once again they were unsuccessful and once again there was no communication from Takealot or DPD Laser. There was no tracking info, no email, no phonecall to say we are outside your gate, Nothing!! I guess I have learnt my lesson, I will be buying goods at a shop from now on where I can look the salesman in the eye and take the goods home with me on the same day I buy it.
