Takealot and DEFY are the worse!!!!

Can you please refund my full R6200 for the DEFY Fridge I ordered. Took forever to deliver the damn fridge. On top of that, the fridge was faulty. They refunded my R6000. Can you please refund the full amount for no services rendered in my bank account!!!! Pathetic delivery service ever... I want my full R6200 please!!!
