Takealot and damaged products

Takealot doesn't care about our product as clients, I ordered on Friday 29/03/2019 and they sent me an order number which is ********** 5 and was delivered on Tuesday the 2/04/2019 dirty with scratches, the product I ordered is 100% dirty. I called them and they sent me another order number ********** 3 saying the driver will take the returned product and give me the replacement and when the driver came this morning , I told the driver to wait for me to check it only to find out that the product is still on the same condition dirty looking used again, I called them and they telling me they can only refund me tomorrow yet this is a present for someone on Saturday, I had to take it dirty as it's because I ran out of days to sort this issue. This is unacceptable and I will never recommend takealot to anyone after this drama.
