Takealot and Courier It - Poor Service

I ordered 2 curtain railings at Takealot. The expected delivery date was Tuesday 8 December 2020. On Friday 4 December I received a message that my package was out on delivery with Courier It. When Courier it arrived at my house they didn't have my package. So on Monday I received a message that they didn't get hold of me on Friday (Yes that's how they lie) and my package is out again on delivery. Courier It only delivered 1 curtain railing the driver is not friendly just said I must give him the code. And now I can't get hold of Takealot or Courier It. To find out where my other railing is which I paid for. No communication received nothing.
