TAKEALOT AND COURIER IT

I paid for items on the 1st of Jan 2012. all went well got tracking etc, then product update delivery on the 13th . had massive struggles getting the parcel delivered by Courier It. Parcel was then only delivery on the 21st Jan . 1 item was not what was promised in the box or even looked like the advertised pic . logged a complaint , then nothing , I called in and had Rhoda assist was promised a collection on the 27th Jan . guess what Courier It also calls promise pick up the 27th Jan . I STILL HAVE TH PARCEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid on the 1st Jan and now its the 2nd Feb and I have a product I don't want. this is just bad from the get go!!!!!! DISGUSTED AND APPALED AT THE SERVICE
