Takealot and ****** Cell phones

Be aware - selling ****** phones. I bought a phone on the takealot portal. The phone was blacklisted - Takealot admitted to the phone being from a ****** consignment. However it is the supplier not Takealot. My request was simple, pay the money back. Nothing can happen if I do not provide the original data cable. 2 weeks and multiple lectures about the operating procedures of Takealot - i am without a phone and without my money. If you thus have a Samsung, if you bought it from Takealot - the chances of it being a ****** phone is probably high. Suggestion - maybe do not buy anything from Takealot. The saddest part- they became aware of the supplier and the ****** phones - did not have the decency to inform customers. Rather take their money and hide behind SOPs.
