Takealot and Beauty Bag lies to clients

I ordered a product over a week ago. The supplier is Beauty Bag SA. The day I am supposed to collect my order, takealot let's me know supplier is out of stock. I check Beauty Bag website and the first product I check is the one I ordered and they ARE FULLY STOCKED!? BAD service, lies and poor customer care from both companies!!!
